This kit comprises two bookcases with a continuous top and is available in two heights, one approximately 2 3/8" (6cm) high, the other 4 1/4" (11cm) high. The lower version has one shelf on each side, the tall version is supplied with three shelves for each side.  You can use all three or only two (as in the photo), and space them as you wish.

Both versions measure 4 1/4" (11cm) wide and 1" (2.5cm) deep.

Shown ready-built, the unit is supplied as a kit.  In lightwood, it can be waxed and polished for a beautiful natural wood finish, or painted in the colour colour of your choice.
