Payment methods

We accept payment via Paypal or secure Card payment link (Cardsave).  You may also pay by personal cheque drawn on a UK bank, (goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared).   Or you may contact us by telephone to pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) between the hours of 10 am and 10pm UK time.   Please do NOT send us your card details by email.  Additionally we accept BACS payments.

Shipping information

We do our best to dispatch stock items within 48 hours, but should there be any delay, we will inform you via email.

For UK orders we make a standard charge of £2.95.  If you wish to guarantee your delivery, please select the Special Delivery option.

For Europe, the USA and the rest of the world shipping will be calculated at checkout and is based on weight.  We ship using regular Royal Mail airmail services, but for greater security, please select International Signed For/Airsure.   Should the calculated shipping charge prove considerably more than the actual cost once the goods have been packed and allowing for the cost of packaging (we re-use packaging wherever possible) we undertake to issue you a refund of the excess charges.  

For custom-built items, please allow up to 1 month for delivery.  We always aim to deliver before that, but in any case, we will always inform you of any delays.  

If you wish to purchase SMALL ACCESSORIES ONLY with a total value under £25, please select standard shipping charges, but then choose payment by invoice when you come to enter your details, and we will then send you a Paypal invoice with only £2.00 shipping for the UK, or £2.50 for the rest of the world, instead of the standard shipping charges

Returns policy

If you are unhappy with any of our products, please return the item in its original packaging, and we will happily refund the cost of the item.

Please note this does not apply to bespoke items that we have made to order, unless we have made an error (for example, if you had asked for something 3" long, and it was too large and would not fit where you had intended, we would replace the item free of charge.  If however you have given us the wrong dimensions, we regret that we cannot guarantee a refund, but will do our best to replace the item at minimum cost to you)

It is quite clearly stated on every page of our website that our items are scale miniatures, therefore if you order items thinking that they are full-sized and not miniatures, you may return the item, but we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee which will be deducted from the refund.
