IMPORTANT!  We are in the process of moving premises, and there may be a delay in processing your order.  We will endeavour to send orders out as quickly as possible, but will inform you by email of any delays, and expected delivery dates (please remember to check your spam box for any communications).

The simplest method of payment is Paypal, or Secure Card Payment, but we also accept UK cheques, off-line credit card payments, or BACS.  However, please do NOT send us your card details by email.  You can ring us, or if you prefer, we will ring you to obtain the details.


Please note that if you are ordering SMALL ACCESSORIES ONLY (NOT items of furniture, dolls,  or large appliances - washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerators) up to the value of £20, you do not need to pay the standard shipping charge.  Instead, you should complete your order by adding the relevant shipping rate, but then, on the next page, please select "INVOICE" as the payment method.  We will then send you a Paypal invoice with a shipping charge of only £1.50 for the UK, and £2 for the Rest of the World. 

In all cases, if the automated shipping calculation is significantly more than the actual cost, we undertake to refund you the difference.
