WORKING WITH ELF
The simplest method of payment is Paypal, or Secure Card Payment, but we also accept UK cheques, off-line credit card payments, or BACS. However, please do NOT send us your card details by email. You can ring us, or if you prefer, we will ring you to obtain the details.
UK postage rates change on April 1st 2013. We have adjusted our charges accordingly. For customers outside the UK the changes are minimal.
Within the UK size/weight limits for parcels have changed. In particular larger items would cost considerably more to send under the new pricing structure so we will use the Hermes courier service where appropriate in order to keep costs down; however, delivery will take 2-3 days, instead of the next day delivery that you can expect with 1st class post.
If you are buying SMALL accessories only, up to a total value of £25, you may be eligible for a discount on the shipping costs. This does not apply to furniture, dolls, large appliances - washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerators etc, or other large items such as flooring and carpeting (these require a box for shipping, which increases the costs). Please select "INVOICE" as the payment method once you have entered your details, and we will send you a secure payment link with the reduced shipping costs applied.
UK customers: the small accessories shipping discount applies only to items that can be sent by Large Letter post – if in doubt, please see the individual product listing (where it will state if the item is excluded). Note that some small kits can also be sent Large Letter. The reduced shipping rate is £2.00.
Europe customers: reduced shipping rate is £3.50
Rest of the world: reduced shipping rate is £4.00
In all cases, if the automated shipping calculation is significantly more than the actual cost, we undertake to refund you the difference.
